We highly encourage social distancing and have implemented precautions to maintain exceptional hygiene standards. These measures will facilitate a healthy spa environment and include :
- Customers must wear face coverings and will be screened for COVID-19 Symptoms before entering the facilities.
( Taking temperatures with Thermo-Imaging Camera ) - We will restrict anyone with fever, cough or any COVID-19 related symptom from entering.
- Customers over the age of 65 are not allowed into the facility.
- All guests will be required to wear masks inside the facility.
- Having additional staff monitor social distancing protocols.
- Re-arranged seating in lobby, relaxation lounges, and dining areas to give everyone more personal space
- Increasing our cleaning & disinfecting protocol by using EPA registered antimicrobial products for COVID-19. This includes frequent deep cleaning of common areas, spa, sauna and waterpark with an increased focus on lockers inside and out, locker keys, door handles, showers, restrooms, floors, furnitures, etc.
- Occupancy requirements have been updated to regulation standards
- Increased staffs focused on the sanitization of high-contact areas
- Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of the session.
- We are using gloves during all treatments.
- All linens, robes, and towels are laundered after every use.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- Put distance between yourself and other guests
- Following state guidelines for the wearing of masks in public spaces
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures - for you, our other Guests, and our staff. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting King Spa & Waterpark. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting King Spa & Waterpark you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We will continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines as this ever-changing situation progresses. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your support.
