Points Eligibility and Participation

The King Spa & Sauna Rewards program is administered by King Spa & Sauna Rewards, in conjunction with participating King Spa & Sauna stores. The King Spa & Sauna program is a free benefit to customers of participating King Spa & Sauna stores and is completely voluntary. All individual customers at least 18 years of age at participating King Spa & Sauna stores in the U.S. are eligible to participate.
Eligible customers may enroll at the point of sale with an associate in store, by completing an Enrollment Form and submitting in store if available. No purchase is necessary to enroll. Only enrolled customers (Participants) are eligible to earn points in the program. Changes in account information can be updated at King Spa & Sauna Chicago location. It is your responsibility to notify King Spa & Sauna Rewards of any changes.
Participants cannot change their enrollment date.
Participants will not receive cash back or store credit for unused King Spa & Sauna Rewards points.
King Spa & Sauna Rewards carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. King Spa & Sauna Rewards and King Spa & Sauna stores are not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated certificates or coupons. Copies of King Spa & Sauna Rewards cards and bonus point coupons will not be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel and terminate participants points at any time. This means for example, participants being kicked out for misbehavior, stealing or not following rules at King Spa & Sauna. King Spa & Sauna Rewards Certificates expire within 365 days of issuance.
